Simone Rocha – AW12

It’s rare I find a collection that I love almost every piece, but Simone Rocha’s AW12 collection might just be the first. Rocha has a real talent for using fabrics and textures in interesting and innovative ways and her AW12 collection is a fine example of that. A mixture of leathers, tulles, mohair and PVC, Rocha used them all to great effect. The results are some of the most delicate, innovative and beautiful pieces of LFW so far. With style.com claiming she’s about to hit the big time I don’t think I’ve been so excited about a young designer in a while.
