In terms of amazing, jaw dropping fashion design this is about as good as it gets. Givenchy unveiled their couture collection this week and it’s pretty much the best thing I have laid my eyes on this year. Granted couture collections are always a bit special, over the top or unique to say the least but this seemed to tick all the right boxes. The highly detailed dresses were nothing short of amazing and detailed with lace, applique, fringe and feathers. Aside from the one feathered dress the color palette was fleshtone, white or gold and the simple colors worked perfectly not to take away all the details of the dresses. Without a doubt this has to be one of houses best collections to date and so far is my favorite collection of the couture collections and unless something even more amazing comes along I’m pretty sure it’s going to stay that way.
